Which First Aid & CPR Course is Right For You?
Flex Point Academy is approved by WSIB to deliver its approved Basic and Intermediate First Aid and CPR/AED programs in Ontario. If you'd like to know more about the material covered
in each course, please check the table below. Each course has an online
theory portion and an in-person practical training portion. All First
Aid & CPR students have to schedule a date to come into Flex Point
Academy to complete their in-person training.
Basic First Aid & CPR/AED
Required for all security guards and some office roles.
7.5 hours total
(4 hours online + 3.5 hours in-person)

Completion of this course grants participants their Basic First Aid & CPR/AED certification, valid for three years.
Intermediate First Aid & CPR/AED
Required for corporate and healthcare professionals.
15 hours total
7 hours online + 8 hours in-person

Completion of this course grants participants their Intermediate First Aid & CPR/AED certification, valid for three years.
