First Aid and CPR For Law Enforcement

Are you eager to start a career in law enforcement? First Aid & CPR training is mandatory for most civil servant roles. This course fulfills most workplace requirements and will certify you in Standard First Aid & CPR level C. Such certification is often required for law enforcement rolessuch as police, correctional officers, and border control agents.
This course covers everything in Emergency First Aid and the following:

  • Eye, ear, and nose injuries
  • Spinal, head and dental injuries
  • Heat and cold injuries
  • Bone and joint injuries
  • Full body assessment and secondary survey
  • Triage
  • Medical Emergency Response Protocol Examples

Please note that all of our First Aid & CPR courses have an online portion and a practical portion that requires students to come to Flex Point Academy to complete their in-person training.

From Start to Finish

How to Get Your First Aid & CPR Licence

Online Theory Portion - 7 Hours
In-person Training - 6 Hours

1. Emergency First Aid & CPR Level C Training

Before you can come into Flex Point Academy to complete your in-person training you are required to complete the online theory portion of a certified First Aid & CPR training course. After completing the online theory portion of the course you'll receive a certificate of completion to print out and bring to Flex Point Academy where you can complete your in-person training with our professional First Aid & CPR instructors.

2. Complete Your In-person Training

Once you have completed the online portion of your First Aid & CPR course you will receive a certificate of completion and you will be able to schedule a class with our instructors at Flex Point Academy. Classes are held in the morning on Saturdays and Sunday. Class sizes are kept small and FPA instructors take great care to make sure that you are fully prepared to save a life after taking this course and getting your First Aid & CPR licence. Licences are issued after completing your in-person training and are valid for three years after the date of issue.
